Target Information Systems Limited is owned by security cleared (NPPV+SC) Directors: Phil Atkinson and Daryl Greensill.
Phil and Daryl developed their first data management system for West Yorkshire Police in 2005 for managing force pre-planned operational events management (Football, Public Order and Search).
In 2009 the team delivered skills management systems to Cumbria, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and South Wales forces and also delivered the National Reporting system for the Olympic Games.
Target Information Systems was established to leverage the Directors security clearence and software development skills to deliver data/information management system to replace spreadsheets and manual data management methods.CBRN is the lastest product from the team. It has been developed with the support of the West Yorkshire Police CBRN SPOCs.
