A project has a Project Executive, leading the Project Board made up of Customer, Supplier and Project Manager, who are all targeted to deliver the final product.

Prince2 is process driven, focusing on product based planning to break a project down into its component parts. These component parts and products are delivered in managed stages, with each being signed off, thus controlling the project costs, time and product quality.
