London based NHS Trust has chosen Barnsley based software development company Target as the sole provider of data management systems making the company’s landmark fifth birthday celebration extra special.
Based in the Barnsley Innovation and Business Centre, Target were selected as preferred suppliers to overhaul the Trust’s procurement and purchasing processes by developing a bespoke software system that will streamline the Trust’s supply chain making information management across the Trust’s hospital and highly successful network of HIV and sexual health centres much more workable.
The software, worth over £10,000 is agreed to be completed by the end of June and will save the Trust an estimated £100,000 in their first year; reducing man hours by 10% with a more efficient and effective system to manage budgets and supplier orders.
