The business was looking for visibility and control over the multiple contracts that were across the organisation and were held around different sites with stakeholders; these needed to be brought into a central and secure database to create a more collaborative working environment.
Target approached TLT with their contract information management and reporting system, Accord. Accord allows their procurement department keep on top of contracts by helping them better store and manage their contracts and supplier data, while also ensuring everything complies with standards. The system is improving visibility to help drive savings through improved data management and generating longer negotiation times.
